Pasta Pasta and Pasta! The most popular dish from Italy…
But probably not everybody know that, in Italy, we have more than hundred typology of pasta let alone the “filled pasta” (ravioli, tortelli, tortellini, agnolotti etc…) and “gnocchi” (dumplings)
Different for shapes, quality of flour, with and without eggs…to eat with sauce or with broth….. Every tipology of pasta “wants” a different sauce…..
So the “concept” of pasta is not limited to a “dish of spaghetti”!
If you’re in Italy you can have the lucky and oportunity to taste some of this quality of pasta but out of Italy is very hard.
My program for pasta would like to introduce you in “WORLD of PASTA”!
We’ll prepare 3 different tipology of pasta and 3 sauces
You’ll learn to use, easly, the main tools for make the perfect pasta
You’ll learn to choose the flour
You learn the hystory of regional traditions
Not only any region (we have 20!) has a unique traditions but also every city, village or hamlet…
So when you make a dish of pasta you don’t prepare a simple “italian dish”
but you prepare a part of our “soul”…
