This fun and practical cooking workshop will allow you to learn how to prepare two basic types of cheese which you can then enrich with spices, fruits or anything else you like.
While you are waiting for your cheese to be coagulated you will taste many dairy varieties of Italy accompanied by bread, focaccia, jams, fruit and honey as well as some tasting of other fantastic delicatessen (cured meats, vegetables in oil and so on …).
The chef will not fail to entertain you with interesting news about Italian cheese and will naturally teach you how to taste it in the correct way in order to identify its best characteristics!
Your cheese is ready, you will put it in your moulds and you can enjoy it immediately or take it home
Ahhh don’t forget wines or beers are paired with the dairy wonders served!
