This unique pasta course includes a fantastic wine tasting session with our sommelier! You’ll get to sample 5 exceptional wines from small, unique producers. Our wine cellar boasts hundreds of exclusive labels, making it the perfect introduction to your pasta lesson. The wine tasting begins at 4:30 PM and is followed by the class at 5:30 PM. Hands-on pasta cooking class where everything is created from scratch using only fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Noodles, pappardelle, spaghetti and gnocchi, or ravioli in tomato, mushroom, pesto and succulent ragù sauce… any way you choose will be amazing! Easy, fast and tasty!
Knife skills are also part of this course so as to avoid adding “your fingers” to the pasta :: :))
Learn the origins and best techniques of the of all dishes you’ll be making.
After the class you will sit down along with the other guests to enjoy a glass of wine and eat what you have all created together.
The class is carried out in a wonderful authentic kitchen with all the tools necessary to make your class easy, fun and pleasant.

- Two-colored tagliatelle with sausage and leeks
- Tagliatelle stuffed with ricotta and parmesan butter and sage
- Spaghetti with cocoa (ancient recipe from central and northern Italy) with hot pepper and pecorino cheese
- Taglierini without egg carbonara
- Pink noodles (with red turnip) with prawns
- Pappardelle with beef pepper stew and red wine
